We are sorry but we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States at this time. Returns/Out of Stock - What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange items for their purchase price within 15 days of receipt. Please see our Customer Service page for details on making a return. - What if an item is out of stock?
Policy on Out of Stock Items: On occasion, demand for certain items will exceed supply. If a product is out of stock, it will be deleted from your order. We will notify of you of the cancellation, and you will not be charged for cancelled items. Please re-order your item later. If your order includes multiple items, we will ship all available products. Prayer Requests - How do I submit a prayer request?
To submit a prayer request, send email to: prayer@trappist.net. Your prayer requests will be placed in the Monastery's prayer box. These prayer intentions are prayed for by the community each day. This is not to request for individual Masses to be said. No, sorry, we can't take bonsai pot orders. However, you can visit Bonsai by the Monastery's web site: www.bonsaimonk.com and contact them directly about placing an order for pots. - May I make a donation to the Monastery?
Yes! We would welcome your donation to assist in the good work of the Monastery. If ordering online, you may include your donation as a purchased item from the "Donations" category.
